• Please notify the brand if you need to ship your order or make a change.

Arrival Instructions:

We are located on the ground floor of 120 Duane Street. Please note this is the retail entrance and not part of the residential property.

1. Please wait for a member of our staff to assist you.

2. We will ask for the name of the person picking up the order.

3. Show your confirmation email to collect your order.

4. A member of our staff will scan the the packing slip to confirm your order has been picked up.

Once completed, you are all set!
